are there any diabetics out there that lost weight with a diet pill?

If there is a safe weight loss pill for diabetic on insulin I would like to know

The notion that a pill is going to do for you what you should be doing for yourself is pure nonsense. If you want to lose weight, the formula couldn’t be simpler… Take in fewer calories than you burn.
