Can you please help me create a healthy eating plan for breakfast and lunch?

I’m a female teen and my parents serve healthy foods for dinner and I eat a small portion. Lunch and breakfast, on the other hand, is up to me. Do you have any suggestions for what I should be eating for breakfast and lunch and in between? Basically from 7am to 6pm (we have dinner later on). Thx! :)
