congestive heart failure has caused me to change diet habit. I need some free easy low sodium recieps. any ideas out there

I haven’t used salt in my kitchen other than for somethings like bread machine that when the doctor told me to quit using salt in my foods, I asked her how the heck do I do that.
She recommended getting rid of the water softener, doing all fresh fruits and veggies. And not eating any canned or frozen foods at all that have come through a food processing company.
Mostly I have left salt out of my cooking for years. My grandfather was supposed to be on salt free diet. And I just forget to put salt in anything.
