I have my cousins wedding coming up in April, and I am going to be in it. I would like to be smaller than I am right now and look healthier. I have been searching for cook books and healthier foods that are "kid friendly." I am not that picky of an eater. I am 14 and I know that a healthy diet and good excersise is the best. I love to cook. any good cooking books, or ideas would be well appreciated.

Posted May 12, 2008, 2:27 PM EST: Okay I am 14, I weighED 160 10 weeks ago. I now weigh 140. I lose about a constant 2 pounds per week. Easy to follow, great food, good tips and great exercises. I pretty much don’t do the food plan anymore but the book taught me so much that I eat much more healthier and I still lose weight every week. THIS BOOK IS MARVELOUS!!
