What can you do to keep your heart healthy?
Besides excercise, what else can you do? What foods are best for keeping your heart healthy?
CheerOs try boiling food instead of frying it buy a george forman to make hamburgers steaks chicken and fish instead of frying them it will reduce the fat and it taste just as good

Well cut back on all fatty foods such as hamburgers, french fries, hot dogs, fried Chicken, red meat steak, pork fingers, anything with a lot of fat in it.
Eat bakes fish bake potatoes, bake chicken breast without the skin, lots of green veg. lot of yellow veggies. Beats, carrots peas the whole veggie group.
Run or walk at least 2 mile a day, there is more but that is all I know that you can do.
