Large salads, with lean meat like chicken/fish/beans/tofu/nuts are all very good options
make sure to get dressing on the side
steamed veggies with a source of protein
vegetable soup
Avoid heavy sauce with butter and creams, carbs like pasta and such(except brown rice is fine)
Make sure that your mealconsist of fresh vegetables, the more fresh foods you eat in your diet the more weight you will lose! And keep up the exercise! Also when you go out to eat try to drink one large drink before your meal and after this will keep you full and try to eat slowly.

It is not necessary to to out to eat in order to lose weight. It can be done easier and cheaper by not going out to eat.
Poorer families, like mine, have to eat in most of the time. My father is not working and my mother is dead so we struggle quite a lot.
None of us is fat.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Take care,
