Healthy No bake recipe?

I need at least 5 healthy no bake recipes to make during summer school to help kids learn cooking skills and measuring skills. We have a microwave, but no oven. It also has to be budget friendly. It is only for 3 kids, so it doesn’t ahve to be a huge recipe. I know I am asking a lot. Thanks for any help you can give me.

well i used to work at a day care and every friday we had to do "cooking" projects like this… here are a few:

1. mud pies!

with vanilla pudding, crunched up oreos on top with gummy worms (so it looks like dirt and bugs)
its easy to do but still will have some measuring and little kids cooking skills…

2. Homemade thinmint cookies

you heat up chocolate in a bowl and mix in mint extract so it tastes minty… then use ritz circle crackers to dip in and put it in the fridge for like a half hour and they taste just like thin mints!

3. bagel pizzas

pretty self explanatory- but you get mini bagels and put asuce on them w/cheese n pepperoni n then cook a little bit

4. No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup crushed corn flakes cereal
2 tablespoons powdered milk
Set corn flakes aside.
Mix all other ingredients well.
Roll into balls.
Then roll again in Cornflakes until covered.

those are some… enjoy!
hope i helped, 10 points?
