How can I stop my night time eating? I am thin but I cannot stop eating at night? ?


I work out and eat healthy I am not at all heavy. I cannot stop eating at night. I snack all night, I tell myself not too but it’s like I can’t stop.I read an article that said this could be linked to mood disorders, especially if you are a thin person.

Can someone please help me I have got to get this under control. Is there medicine I can take or something to stop these awful urges.

Try to stay away from medicine if at all possible. I use to have a problem eating at night and not being able to stop. Then I learned about this protein shake from GNC, called Syntha-6. It is a casein protein. casein protein is a protein that is slow digesting and makes you feel fuller longer. I mix it with 1% milk. One scoop and I don’t feel hungry until the next morning after I get up.

Working out and eating healthy will cause your metabolism to get higher and higher, which will cause you to eat more and feel hungry longer. It is what you choose to eat that makes the difference,. of course you probably know that. try this stuff and see of it works. you could also try eating more fiber. Things like beans and nuts tend to make you feel fuller longer so you don’t want to eat.
