I eat mostly healthy foods- most items are low fat, I lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins… my problem is with portion control, and of course the occasional indulgence. I eat two to three times the amount I should, and it’s really starting to show. How do I take the leap to truly healthy eating once and for all?
