I want to start healthy eating, but I need ideas that are REALISTIC and affordable on a budget-can you help me?

the websites I’ve looked up are not very realistic-I just want a weekly plan to get me into the habit of eating 3 healthy meals a day,not anything too exotic that costs a fortune! Can you help me?

I get 3 kilos of frozen chicken breast a week for under £10. That gets me 3-4 chicken breasts a day. Brown rice is under £1 and lasts a week. 9 cans of tuna for £3. Lots of fresh and/or frozen veg which is cheap. A kilo of steak for £5. 16 pints of skimmed milk for £6. All you need to do is shop around and eat within your caloric goal for the day and you will have a healthy and affordable diet. I get all my stuff from the same supermarket so it’s not difficult.
