Where can I find some tastey low salt recipes?
I have been using Herb*Ox sodium free broth packets for several years now. They have chicken and vegetable flavors. Most standard and even low-sodium boullion cubes are very high salt, so this is a nice alternative.
Also google the "DASH diet" which is a plan by the AHA for blood pressure. They have good recipes and recommendations. The AHA has some good cookbooks, too. Check online for used copies.
Opt for frozen veggies instead of canned. Frozen usually do not have added salt.
Good luck to you!
