I want to lose weight and get healthy. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet but I’ve really gained due to stress and eating junk. If i stick to a diet for about 2-3mos, consisting of fresh fruit and/or eggbeaters for breakfast, and for the rest of the day fresh or frozen veggies and some type of baked fish (like salmon or talapia) for dinner and/or also lunch, is it possible to lose about 20lbs in that time? keep in mind I will be avoiding carbs like white bread and potatos, and not eating junkfood snacks. I will also be exercising on my Rebounder trampoline or a treadmill about 5days a week. Thanks for the help and any advice is welcome!!! I really need to lose this and feel better about myself. Oh yeah, I am 28,5’1” and 149lbs…
Yeah, I understand about the diet vs. lifestyle change thing, and I really do like those foods and want to make those my main foods all the time…I just want to know if it is also a good way to start shedding the extra pounds. Thanks
It’s difficult to say for sure, but it sounds like you would definately be able to lose a significant amount in that time. Good luck!
