Lots of "non-serious" health issues…what can I do? Can they be related?

I’m a 19 year old female…
- I’ve been overweight for most of my life…I feel that I have a healthy diet I barely ever overeat…no fried foods…watch my calorie intake etc. Have tried diets like weightwatchers with no results.
- Diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was 15…was taking naproxen (relatively high dose) and embrel (injection, also a high dose) but don’t now because of medical insurance issues, my arthritis has obviously gotten worse after going off meds. Have it in almost every joint especially ankles, hands and jaw.
- Diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome…was also taking meds but same situation as above. Blood tests showed a high testosterone level..
- recently been having lots of problems with incessant itching in my lower legs/shins…it gets really bad sometimes and I end up scratching up my legs…no rash
- also recently have been having numbing and tingling in my left arm -elbow down the side of my arm and hand and pinky/ring/middle fingers

You have many problems and I really feel sorry for you. There will be different management for each one of them. The last one- left arm tingling and numbness suggests cervical spondylitis. Get it checked.
I will pray for your well being.
Good luck!
