Recipe suggestions for healthy bachelor living and on the go?

After a while one runs out of ideas. Any favorites you can recommend that are in some way healthy, interesting, simple, and quik?

Grill a chicken breast in a skillet using a small amount of oil or cooking spray…spoon a tasty store bought spaghetti sauce from the jar (like chunky prego) onto the top of the chicken…two or three spoonfuls will do…then sprinkle the top with feta cheese…warm in the microwave to heat the cheese and sauce…enjoy!
