I know for a fact that all the foods I eat contain way too much sodium, and I’m worried about becoming hypertensive.
Before you answer, don’t tell me to just change my diet. I live at home and can’t do my own shopping so therefore can’t change my diet, I have to eat what everyone else eats. Besides the high sodium in our foods, we’re generally all pretty healthy, no one in my family is overweight or has any other health concerns.
Is there anything else I can eat or do to counter this high level of sodium?
Do not change your diet! eat whatever you want. to get rid of all the sodium in your system, you are going to need to clense out your body. You can do this by drinking alot of water. Drink it untill your pee turns clear.
