Hi, i am 13 years old and a vegetarian of about 3 years. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know any workout and diet plans for a vegetarian? thank much!

Any workout can work with a vegetarian or vegan diet, you just have to know what to eat and the results you want.You just have to get some basic knowledge of what food supplies what.
Also, just cutting out meat won’t cause you to lose weight. You’re still going to a) watch what you eat and b) exercise. I would definitely keep a journal of what I eat, the amount of calories it contains and set a daily limit. You’d be surprised how many preservatives and empty carbs make their way into alleged healthful food.
