What are some good books on healthy eating for students?

I’m looking specifically for books on healthy eating habits (they can be fictional stories or the "how-to" style) for teen girls and 4th-5th grade kids. Any suggestions would be great!
Thank you :)

Unfortunately too many of them are purely fiction. I’d suggest any of Atkins books for a simple explanation on healthy eating habits.

Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a "diet" Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Normalizing blood pressure, blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, triglyercerides & hormone levels are all bonus features of doing a low carb way of eating.

And for the teacher, I’d suggest Lutz "Life without Bread" & Taubes "Good calories, Bad calories" both are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths. Although Taubes book is more for scientists a more readable concise version can be found in this article.
