what are some good healthy snacks a kid can make?

hey so im on steroids and eat everything up!! and i want to know some good healthy snacks i could make at him so i dont get to big. im not that good at cooking but if u could name like some easy make nachos or somethign like that, also i love cooking just not good at it so if u could gimme some really easy recipes id really appreciate it! thanks!

Chicken and Cornbread Dressing Casserole

Ingredients
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

FILLING
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (9 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables in a pouch, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper

CRUST
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Martha White® Self-Rising White Corn Meal Mix
1/2 teaspoon sage

Preparation Directions
1. HEAT oven to 400°F. Spray a 10 x 6-inch (1 1/2-quart) baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Spread chicken, peas and carrots in prepared baking dish. Combine soup, 1/2 cup milk and pepper in medium bowl; blend well. Pour over chicken mixture.
2. MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. COMBINE egg, 1/2 cup milk, corn meal mix, sage and cooked onion mixture in medium bowl; blend well. Pour around edges of mixture in baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Quiche and a Salad
2 frozen pie shells, defrosted
10 eggs
2 C shredded cheese
1 C milk
1/2 C cream (nonfat half & half works just as well)
4 T chopped fresh herb
1 T each salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
1 small onion, cubed
1 package frozen spinach, pressed dry (optional)
2 C ham or turkey, diced super fine (optional)

Prick pie shells with a fork, set aside. Mix egs, milk and cream; whisk for 2 minutes creating froth. Pour half egg mixture in each pie shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 each of cheese, herbs & seasonings, spinach (if using) and meat. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, check every 2 minutes after. Done when set but no cracks in the center of the pie. Total cost for quiche – under $10.

Cheeseburger Macaroni –
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 onion, minced
1 cloves garlic, minced
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups raw macaroni, (cook according to package directions and drain)
1 can Campbells Cheddar cheese soup
salt & pepper to taste

Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Add the ground beef and brown. Add the diced tomatoes, including the liquid in the can. Simmer until the liquid is mostly reduced…5 to 10 minutes. Stir in the macaroni and Cheddar cheese soup. Heat through.

You can always add more cooked macaroni if you need to stretch the dish a bit
