Which is better alternative for hypertensive and cardiovascular disease, therapeutic (medication) or non-therapeutic (i.e. exercise, diet, etc)?
Due to the individual nature of both conditions, I’d say there’s really no pat answer to this. I think most people and most physicians would prefer that people use the diet and exercise to control both. It’s a fact though that often just those sort of natural or homeopathic approaches aren’t enough. In that situation a combination of medications and diet/exercise are generally effective.
